There are multiple corporate membership options available.

1. $150 per year includes eight dinners/programs for one representative from your company.
2. $200 per year includes eight dinners/programs for one representative from your company AND four dinner/programs for an additional representative from your company to be used on the programs of your choosing.
3. Don’t want to commit to an annual membership? $25 will cover the cost for one representative to any one dinner/program.

 To become a member of the Oshkosh Safety Council, bring this completed application form and membership fee to the first meeting you attend. We look forward to seeing you!
